Returns

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. In the unlikely event that something you ordered from urbanmati.com is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you ordered in size or style, your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the garment to raise a request for exchange or any alterations required.

Replacement & Exchange

You are eligible to request a replacement or exchange of your order within 7 days as per your requirements. The conditions for replacements or exchanges are the same as those applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been accepted, picked up, or delivered back to us.

You can initiate a return request directly from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, who will guide you through the return process. Please note, any associated courier charges will be borne at your end.

Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Color may vary on the website from the actual Color of the product depending on your device’s screen properties and settings. Reds and blues tend to run. Silks must only be dry-cleaned.

Cancellation Policy
